Responsible for supervising  and directing technical and professional over 140 employees for the production of UPS systems oversee planning to ensure availability of material  equipment and man power  prepared capital expenditures instituted SMT technology developed standards for the UPS , testing, transformer fabrication, sheet metal stamping , welding ,mechanical, framing,  assembly participated and negotiated with the Factory relocation to Mexicali Baja California Mexico.
